He has a particular desire to continue working with federal employees, aiding and assisting them with the complexities of government benefits so they can make confident, informed choices for their future. In addition, Lamont works closely with young professionals, emerging retirees, corporate retirement plans, and small to medium-sized business owners, providing customized strategies to meet their unique needs.

Outside of the office, Lamont enjoys golf, basketball, and lifelong learning. Most importantly, he is a devoted husband to his wife, Jamila, and proud father to their three beautiful children—Carter, Cadence, and Maverick.
